A closer look (or sniff) revealed riotous dry rot, musty dank mushroom odours, and ‘slope-y’, aka sinking floors. The structural probs all screamed ‘walk away’. So I did.

Destiny pulled me back one year later.
Inside the sellers ‘fast flip reno’s’ tried to say updated.
It wasn’t. But I saw the design opportunity.
This old gal needed some lovin’ restoration botox.
Maybe a little filler. A charming nip & tuck.
A facelift inside & out to bring out her glam.
